From Montreal:
From Montreal, take Highway 40 West towards Rigaud.
The road's name changes to Highway 417 in Ontario. Off
the 417, take the exit for Rockland towards Hawkesbury.
You are now on County Road 17. After the third traffic
light, watch for the sign 'Chemin (Montée) Péladeau'
(11 km). Turn right on Peladeau Road. At the first stop
sign, go straight ahead. At the end of that road you'll
get to Concession 4; turn left. We are the first farm
on your right.
From Ottawa:
From Ottawa, take the Queensway towards Orleans. Continue
on that road (174 then 17) up to Alfred. Go through
Alfred and at the exit, turn left on County Road 15
(towards Lefaivre). Turn right on Concession 4 (you
will see a sign showing "Camping Chartrand"). We are
the second farm on your left.
Coming from the Outaouais (Quebec side) or
from the Laurentians:
Go towards Hawkesbury, Ontario. After crossing the
Long Sault Bridge, at the traffic light turn right
on boulevard Du Chenail. Next traffic light, turn
right on Main Street. Continue up to the the merge
for County Road 17. After de 2nd traffic light, watch
for the sign 'Chemin (Montée) Péladeau' (11 km). Turn
right on Peladeau Road. At the first stop sign, go
straight ahead. At the end of that road you'll get
to Concession 4; turn left. We are the first farm
on your right.

La ferme Albé is located halfway between Montreal and
Ottawa. Concession 4 is parallel to County Road 17 (which
links Hawkesbury and Ottawa). Therefore it is not an
important "detour" to take a ride in the country
while heading to your destination.
