Our "Local Naturally Raised" animals are pastured
on grass in summer and are fed homegrown forages and
grains (oat/barley) other times of the year. The lambs
entire life cycle is under our care and management.
Forages and pastures are made from a custom mix of
legume and grass especialy made for our sheeps.
Premium Meat Product, mild flavoured, low cholesterol,
lean, slightly marbled red meat, excellent for most hot or cold
traditional meat recipes, Trademark Meat.
Prices* are
based on the average weight of each meat cut. Final
price may be slightly different.
Complete and submit the order form below. Upon receipt,
we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the
order. Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior
to the delivery date.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total value of the
order is required to process the order. We accept
personal cheques and postal money order for the deposit.
Send it as soon as possible to the address below.
On delivery day, final payment must be made in cash
or money order only. No cheque is accepted for the
final delivery.
We will confirm with you the delivery date, the
location where you will pickup your order and the
final price of the order few days in advance. Check
the schedule below for the next delivery dates.
