
Our "Local Naturally Raised" animals are pastured
on grass in summer and are fed homegrown forages and
grains (oat/barley) other times of the year. The lambs
entire life cycle is under our care and management.
Forages and pastures are made from a custom mix of
legume and grass especialy made for our sheeps.
Premium Meat Product, mild flavoured, low cholesterol,
lean, slightly marbled red meat, excellent for most hot or cold
traditional meat recipes, Trademark Meat.
